At PurseMall, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we've outlined the following policies for refunds, exchanges, and repairs.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your purchase if one of the following conditions is met:
•The bag arrives with defects or is damaged upon receipt.
• The bag does not match the description provided on our website.
For a successful return, please ensure:
• The bag is in its original, unworn condition.
All tags, stickers, and protective covers remain intact.
Original packaging, including boxes and manuals, is included.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Note: If any protective cover has been removed, we cannot process a return, as this violates our policy.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team and share photos or videos of the bags. Once approved, carefully repack the bag and all accompanying materials, and ship it back using a trackable and insured method (UPS shipping only).
Upon receiving and verifying the returned bag, we will process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy

Exchange Process

Once the returned bag is inspected and meets the exchange conditions, we will ship the replacement bag. Any price difference will be handled accordingly.
3. Warranty and Repair Policy
Warranty
All PurseMall Bags come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Repair Process
For repairs under warranty, please contact Customer Service for guidance. If your bag is no longer under warranty, we offer repair services at a fee. Contact us for a quote and further instructions. Repackage the bag securely and ship it via a trackable and insured method (UPS shipping).
Once we receive the bag, we will assess the repair and provide an estimated timeline and cost (if applicable). Our certified technicians will complete the repair, and the bag will be returned in working condition.
